Voltage

Won't connect to recommended device (Vgate vLinker MC+). Won't accept the pin. I'm using the software on a Samsung Galaxy S20FE Edit: After connecting to the proper bluetooth device (Android instead of IOS) in the phone settings, the app connected properly and worked as expected with no issues. One note I would like to make is to put an option to cancel engine startup or shutdown after showing your warning. Otherwise, it is a great app and provides lots of info and vehicle functionality.

Absolute must have. This app should cost a lot of money, but it doesnt. Being able to clear the code for the coolant sensor error that happens in cold temperatures is worth it alone. Engine control is amazing, it helps weaker batteries get more utilized in moderately cool temps. There is so much more i can't fit in a review, but all you need to know is that this is the do-it-all app for the volt.

I genuinely wish I could get this app to work and would gladly pay for it but the app cannot see any Bluetooth devices. I reached out to the developer and their response was to reset my devices Bluetooth (and subsequently wifi) settings which would wipe all saved devices. I cannot do that without hours of work to repair everything. I hope this gets fixed in the future and I'm able to use the app.

I'll throw my hat in the ring. I've used this app for months and it's features are awesome. Reading individual cell voltages, storing data, etc makes it a powerful tool, and with Torque Pro, is a good cheap alternative to expensive OBD2 scanners. Since the last update from 1.7.0, on my Galaxy Fold6, the top bar (like other reviews) is stuck behind the status bar. Looking forward to Voltage 2.0, whenever it comes out.

Amazing feature set for your Gen 2 Volt! I sprung for the $19.99 full version, and the quality of this app is shockingly good! You can control almost every aspect of a generation 2 Chevy Volt with this. I have the older OBDLink MX (9 years old) Bluetooth adapter, and this app is reliable and powerful with it. Do everything from understanding the details of your battery performance to restarting the radio software or turning on the backup camera without going in reverse, and 100 other things.
