First off, super easy to install. There is no need for any technical knowledge needed. I ran some speed test and didn't find any real drop with it on or off. For Android, it has the Lumos icon on top so you know it's on. That helps give a peace of mind. I have already deleted this app and I am not using the service but purchase is still activated. I have already contacted Google Play for a refund, but they told me to contact the developer directly. I kindly request you to please refund this weekly/monthly, as it was an unintentional purchase.
