inDrive. Rides with fair fares

Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Customer support is useless and doesn’t even try to solve the problem. On top of that, their GPS is always inaccurate — it constantly takes me to the wrong location or causes delays. This isn’t the first time, and clearly, they’re not interested in fixing it. I’ll never use their service again and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I personally feel like the app favours the passengers more than the drivers. Sometimes the prices we get as drivers are way too low, and the rides are way too long for that particular price, but we accept because we need money. One thing I forgot to ask is to be able to update our profile pictures ourselves, especially us women who have different hairstyles, and our weight goes up and down, so it would be convenient for us to be able to change our pictures. As a rider, I was really enjoying the app until the new version came out and everything became upside down you can't get an order, and even though you did the customer will decline and another thing Bid limit. so with this new version it's very difficult to get an order you people should look into it

Great idea, but difficult to use as a tourist due to poor gps location. You have to adjust location manually which is difficult when you don't know the city. Also, drivers are afraid to pick you up when any taxis are around so we were asked over and over again to move to other location and the driver would send us a photo of a place we didn't know. Has potential but needs to be improved.

My ride from home to office usually costs around 500. Even on InDrive, I mostly go for 500. But when I offer 500 or slightly more, drivers often see the request and ignore it, even though I have traveled with the same drivers for 500 before. Now the fare goes up to 550, 570, 600, or even 700. It feels pointless to use the app. Even after accepting 600, some drivers demand extra charges to come to my home, even though my exact address is already mentioned.
