Hearthstone

This is a fantastic game that I have been playing for years. people forget that it started on PC before it was adapted for mobile. I have put over 3k hours into this game. If you want to play Standard then you will have to buy the new cards each season. this is the same for any card game of the same caliber that could be played in real life. blBattlegrounds is awesome and free as well so this is a great starting spot for new players. The learning curve can be high and difficult.

Honestly, after re playing the game, playing for a very long time, this is a middle of the road game. it used to be a lot of fun, and when death Knight came out I thought it came back for a bit, but it's seriously pay to win, has a ton of bugs, it's main content creators have jumped ship, they need a drastic change to bring this back from creator he11. as a person just playing, I don't mind battlegrounds, which is free to play, but expect in any mode like standard to be paying a lot to win.

The game is on life support. Hopefully the huge company behind it puts more content into the game, but its been roughly a decade of the same stuff. Upon opening the app, you have to download more stuff. You have "multiple" game modes, but 3 out 4 need another big download. 2 of the 4 haven't had an update in years. Battlegrounds, you can't win because the animations make you pause a second while you only have 30 seconds in a round. If you want anything good or cosmetic, expect to pay REAL MONEY!

I have bought things with money on this game on 2 occasions where the purchase made the game crash, and after having the game crash in the game, the purchase didn't go through in-game, however, my account was still charged. The first time was months ago, but it happened when I made a purchase today as well. I likely won't be partaking in buying runes or anything anymore if this remains to be a problem. It would be preferable if I could get the runes I paid for on both occasions, or get a refund.

I've been playing hearthstone for many years now. I do play World of Warcraft, so I do like the characters and cool voice overs & animations. Over time, I don't play as much especially with other players since it's pay-to-win. The cards, heroes & new currency are a lot of money grabs. Then recently (for weeks now), every time I log in, I'm prompted to sign in every single time. it's really annoying. I'll sometimes get d/c (& I have great Internet too), that I'll be asked to sign in again.
