I have used this app for years and pay for it. Never had any issues with the mobile version which is what I use most. Gave 5 stars. At some point in the last month or two, the app is acting really strangely. When I choose a photo to edit, the image itself changes as if glitching before I've even done anything to it. Recently, after doing a bunch of edits and downloading to my phone, it downloads the original image, without edits. I don't know what changed but it is almost unusable at this point.

I have a premium subscription and the app worked perfectly until today. When I open an image to edit, it automatically dims. This never happened before. I’ve checked all settings and preferences, and my camera isn’t on auto-dim or night mode. The image displays correctly for about a second, then darkens. Previews in the LR gallery look normal, but I can’t edit under these conditions. Update: Force-stop fix didn't work. But uninstalling and reinstalling did. Thanks.

I've used lightroom mobile for years and I think it's alot easier to edit on my phone than my laptop. A few days ago while I was editing all of a sudden my photos are bright until you click on a photo to edit and once it loads the photo turns dim like if your phones brightness dimmed and I can't figure out how to fix this. It's super stressful!😩

I love Lightroom. However, I'm having issues with Lightroom Mobile. Everytime I open a photo I'd like to edit, the images go dark as is you were to turn down the brightness down on your phone screen. I thought uninstalling & reinstalling would fix the issue, but it has not. is anyone else experiencing this issue or is just me? If it's an issue on my end, how do I fix it? I don't want to keep uninstalling & reinstalling the app!

Used to be good, now unusable by definition. Crashes simply be being opened and waiting 5 minutes without doing a thing. This happens on all of my phones. While the app is opened, you can see it is eating away your internal storage in real time! 100GB turned to 50 in minutes and I had the 100GB back when I forced closed the program. Extremely suspicious behaviour from Adobe and the app might be compromised. I cancelled my subscription.
