I have all kinds of calls coming through which I never had before this latest update . I am NOT HAPPY! What good is it to have this protection when you are letting calls go through? It's like the app could care less if you have the settings set to block calls or left them go to voicemail! The ones getting through say "allowed" or "valid number" ! It's not valid or allowed when I've blocked all calls except those on my contact list! You need to fix this!!!

In the last few days it has stopped working correctly. Phone numbers don't show up right away in the app, sometimes for 24 hours or more. Blocked numbers are allowed to get through. If this continues, it may be less annoying just to go back to doing it manually. Edit: No longer works at all. Last call checked was on the 13th of March. My voicemail also isn't working properly. I get them a day or two later. Yes, all apps are updated. I'm so over AT&T.

You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness! (best analogy I can use to describe this app) Was once a great app. I'm getting relentless calls through. I have spent a few minutes a day the last 2 weeks trying to adjust the settings again. no avail. it doesn't seem like anything gets blocked now. deleting and moving on. good luck trying to get it back up and running like it did...

I've been using this app for a while and it was working fine. Now all of the sudden, none of the calls are showing up in the Active Armor call logs to report and block as spam. As others reported, scammers now are using toll free numbers showing up on caller ID which can't be blocked. I updated the app, cleared the cache, and even uninstalled/reinstalled and it still isn't recognizing any calls (real or spam) as none are showing for the last 2 days in the call log. Please fix this issue!

Edit- The app just keeps getting worse & is basically unusable now. & no way to uninstall OR deactivate! The call routing, flagging, blocking works just fine. I can't do much else with the app anymore, though, because it continually freezes then crashes. The device scan (just an app scan??) takes very, very long. I usually can't get to see much on the ID & Passwords tab as that is usually when the app freezes up and crashes. By the end of all that I usually am through attempting to work with it.
