I think they cram way too much into the app and make it very difficult to navigate. Links directing you to everywhere and everything. That should be reserved for their website. The app should focus on what's going on when you're at the park. Even without that, basic functions are convoluted. I can't even add my cc to the app, only able to do it on the website.

Super buggy, and extremely inaccurate. the user experience to link your tickets is horrific. I had fast lane but half of the times I would open the app it wouldn't remember the fact. It also kept logging me out. It consistently gave us extremely inaccurate information, even telling us some rides were not open, when they were (we were physically at the park at the time). The map is the only feature we ended up using consistently. Everything else is terribly made. Needs a complete UI/UX overhaul.

Disney has turned what should be a simple process into an unnecessarily complex and time-consuming experience. Guests are now required to manage both tickets and park reservations, effectively doubling the work just to enter a park. The app only adds to the frustration—forcing users to track multiple confirmation numbers, reservation IDs, and other identifiers with no clear, streamlined flow. Instead of reducing effort, it increases the burden on the customer at every step. what a waste

Great for stuff like seeing the park map with attraction wait times (though those aren't always accurate), entertainment showtimes, placing mobile food orders. Not so great for showing parade routes or car locations in parking lots (it doesn't really show you where your car is, it just lets you enter the space's # and Disney character), but it's especially deficient for showing wait times for entering the park. These are completely missing. We had to wait 50 min. The app offered no explanation.

The app helps in so many ways, it is so convenient. You can see EVERYTHING that is happening whether you are at the park or not. Open and closing times, order food, see the wait times for the rides, times for any performances/shows, purchase and use a lightning pass, link and buy your photos, easily scan your annual pass for discounts on merchandise and food. And you can literally type in anything and look it up in real time as well as get directions to anywhere in the park. I love it!
