2★It's frustrating to be upsold every step of the way, doubly so when you're on a mediocre connection. Things take longer to load than they really should, and then all that comes up is an offer to buy drinks for the second time before you can start loading the checkout screen for real. But it works now, consistently too, so my review goes up from one to three stars.

1★The amount of times I have to force close and reopen... the amount of times I get the error message saying your deals are still cooking.... the amount of times I get the same error message for the rewards. In an age of convenience you are reigning supreme in inconvenience. With over 40% of your sales being through the mobile app not to mention in some markets over 90% of your sales being digital you would think that you might spend a little extra money to keep your app sacrosanct.

3★The app is okay. It'll advertise discounted menu options, but when you get to check out, it'll seem like there was no deal (for delivery orders). Also, it doesn't let you tip drivers once the food has been delivered; you'll have to include tip when placing order (I don't under why--backwards!) Of course, you don't have to include tip with order and can hand the driver cash instead.

5★Great experience. Had no problems placing an order, and it sent without any problems. If I could recommend anything... It would be to show the prices of items before you add it to your checkout cart. I was gonna buy regardless... But I wasn't able to see any prices until I got to checkout. Still 5 stars. Curious to see future updates. OH!!! AND MAKE REWARD POINTS LAST LONGER!!! 🍕

1★Everytime I go to place an order, I get an error and it tells me to call the store. the whole purpose of the app is to by pass waiting on hold by calling the store. This is an egregious way of running an app. for my last 6 orders I've had to use my wife's account because this app doesn't work on my phone. it's terrible, frustrating, and a huge waste of time. They charge me, the order doesn't get placed, and I have to wait over 10 minutes to recieve my money back.
