Disappointed in Matt Rife ad. The app is easy to order on. Could use some other improvements. Even though the app shows that you're logged in, it doesn't save certain things, like the Beauty Profile. A lot of links take you out of the app to a web page (ex: FAQ's, complaints, ads) and even if you manage to login on that web page it doesn't save to the app and it's not on your profile on the website when you log back in. The scanned receipts disappear.

e.l.f app is super slow, and I have a lot of problems. as much as I love the e.l.f product, they communicate, speediest, and feeindslyness sucks. I have had multiple items canceled or not given because they ran out but were never notified, I only found out because I checked my shipping notice. I'm not sure the price and awesome products are worth the terrible customer service.

Too, too difficult to navigate! Also, I accidently doubled one item and something better than one item I'd already selected. I tried everything I could think of to delete one item altogether and reduce the quanity on another to no avail. AND I love ELF. I've been buying ELF since you could only find it at Old Navy and airports! please make this workable! PRETTY, please!!

I've been having issues with the app almost Non-Stop pages are not opening and loading. when trying to complete my beauty profile it gets me to a certain point and gives me an option to add certain items to my car and when I try to add them it will not add them and there's no option to proceed further into the beauty profile. So i am unable to earn the points for completing my baby profile.

great but not. although the app is packed with tons of features and a great reward system, there are some small odd things I don't like. product ratings aren't displayed on the search results and other places I think it should be shown. removing an item from the cart places it on the wishlist every time. other things I don't like. but really cool that a beauty brand has such a cool app.EDIT: You actually can remove items from your cart without them going to the wishlist, but it's not obvious how
