1★I never intentionally purchased anything from this app, yet ₱775 was deducted from my account. I immediately requested a refund thru their email, but I keep receiving the same automated response saying a ticket was created. It has already been more than 24 hours and I still haven’t received a proper reply from a support representative. This is a serious concern, and I hope the team can improve their customer support by providing real assistance instead of repeated automated messages.
