2 years later from when I called out this issue and no change .. I believe that most people would agree that when viewing "Transactions" whether in credit builder or checking account, it should show us our total balance at-the-time, below the amount of the transaction. For instance, if I had $23 then spent $5, below the $5, should say $18. it would help so much when tracking our spending. and it would affect nothing negatively to add that basic feature.

I've been using Chime for years, and it's such a great banking app. No transfer fees, no overdraft fees, fee-free atms all over the place, direct deposit is lightning fast, and the user interface is fairly manageable. The one issue I've had recently, I'm not sure if it was with the last update but, there's a glitch where if I transfer a certain amount of money, chime transfers it twice, although I only did one transfer. Please fix.

Great company, allows an occasional overdraft without fees. The only issue is in the app, you can't navigate how you want or remove unwanted items (billing merchants), when you are no longer with the merchant. If you add something to your personal account, you should be able to remove it as well. Chime doesn't offer that feature to the customer.

The customer service is terrible. I was having issue transferring from a secure verified truist account, they had me on the phone for 30 minutes, and were unable to do anything or even acknowledge the issue. Talked to my other bank and they were able to fix the issue without even trying. I should mention this issue was fixed several times by chimes team before, but if you call on the wrong day or time you'll get someone absolutely useless in ability to help your chime issues. Think before join.
