2★Used to love Udemy but now even the "on sale" prices have doubled and even tripled. Not enough courses give a proper preview which is tough when some of the instructors are super hard to understand so its a waste of money if you do buy the course which at the current prices is not worth it. I used to buy courses nearly every sale now I havent bought one in months.

1★Udemy customer service is not interested in helping the customer. I was meant to receive a course as a gift, but it was purchased incorrectly due to their confusing interface design. It was gifted more than 30 days after purchase, so they denied a refund, and they claimed they are unable to transfer the course access to another account. They suggested I repurchase it despite the course now costing $100 when it was bought on sale for $12. What a waste of time and money for a useless service.

5★This is a positive way for you to expand you knowledge through various topics without relying solely on YouTube. Good things come with a cost. I highly recommend that you watch previews before purchasing the courses you want because there are some courses where the instructor may be hard to understand or the course is of low quality. if it doesn't have a preview, I would recommend to pass on it.

1★started a year subscription($134) because I thought I was gonna get good value for what I needed, but after I paid and started the subscription, I then saw that the subscription didn't really have anything for free that was relevant for what I needed. theres nothing that tells you which classes are included in the subscription before you start. then, after reviewing the refund policy, I see they dont give refunds for subscriptions so now im out of ($134) and didnt get anything out of it.

1★Ever since they added the automatic logout feature, this app had been annoying and inefficient. I don't always have access to the email on file and I hate having to jump through five extra steps just to listen to a daily lecture. It certainly doesn't motivate me to want to log on. Please fix it, udemy. Update: Now it won't let me log in. So it forces me into a log out I don't want, then won't let me sign in? I uninstalled it. Too frustrating to use. Hppe they bring back the user friendly soon.
