I really dislike this app. It doesn't respond half the time. The other times it makes you reset your password, pin, biometrics and more. It takes forever to reset all these. Sometimes, it won't actually clock you in or out even when selecting. The work location is not set to the right location so you have to go outside of your work location to clock in or out. When doing online training through the app, if it times out your login, it may not accept the training and make you do it multiple times

the app is better than the desktop, but this is not user friendly for time entry. it's too difficult to see your overall entries, and copying entries from prior periods is effectively worthless. also. the fingerprint sign-in essentially doesn't work, as I am asked to re-enable it every time I sign, which requires a password and defeats the purpose of the fingerprint sign in.

The app was working just fine until recently. Now it barely let's me login. Constantly gives an error message saying login was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource bla bla bla... Sitting at my desk or in the parking lot, still get that message. It's not just me, it's happening to everybody in the shop.

piece of junk. requires you to reset you pin number at least once a month, sometimes twice. Doing so is a 5 minute process and you don't know when it will happen. So good luck clocking in late on those days. also the when typing in the pin number it doesn't recognize that you pressed a number half the time so you miss one and have to redo the whole thing. many other broken things with app. worst app a company could force us to use.

Inconvenient time off requests for anyone who works longer than 8 hours. The browser allows for shifts greater than 8 hours, the app does not. So I have to submit 8 hours (even though 10 is an option, because it'll yell at me for trying to submit 10), just so my supervisor can cancel it and submit a corrected version (10 hours) on my behalf. I get that you service other companies, but this is ridiculous.
