Nothing about this app is easy or even moderately easy to use. Constantly disconnecting multiple devices, forcing constant device reconnects. There is NOTHING intuitive about the app. It is incredibly difficult to find anything. It seems that everything is INTENTIONALLY made difficult to find and use. Really makes me question my loyalty to Amazon and Alexa. This is supposed to make things easier, but Alexa, Alexa+, the Alexa app are going the wrong way!

Works about half the time, or less. When I open the app, most the time the screen is mostly blank except on the bottom it will show the home, light and three bars. I used to be able to select the 3 bars and get to the menu when this happened, but lately that isn't even working. So today I'm uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that will fit it, but I feel its going to keep happening.

Alexa (two Echo Shows and two Echo Dots) are becoming less responsive every day. When I say to turn on all lights, only some of them go on. If I then go into the app on my phone, I can turn on the rest. Or, when I again say to turn on lights the one that was on goes off. Alexa says OK when nothing happens, or nothing happens and there is no confirmation. Sometimes there is a latency between when the action takes place and when there is a confirmation. This has progressively become worse.

Alexa sucks. My wife has one in our kitchen and it takes several tries for it to recognize her voice EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even when it recognizes her voice, the odds that you get the right song are maybe 1 in 3. It's also unnecessarily difficult to turn off Amazon Music, which is contantly trying to sell you a pro plan. I can't wait to throw this stupid thing in the e-waste pile.

I paid good money for these devices and they don't do what I want them to do. When my alarm goes off in the morning, the sound comes in real gently, as I had it set. Then, when I hit (9-minute) Snooze, it waits about 5 seconds and blares the sound at me, forcing me to hit Snooze again. Nine minutes later, the same thing happens when I hit Stop. Also, I have turned off all home screen content but it still keeps showing me ads. It's aggravating. Often it can't find music that's in my library.
