2★The ease of ordering a pizza is average! I love the fact that it lets me kinda visualize my pizza, but getting there is a little tough. On top of that, it told me I could get exclusive deals by subscribing to the newsletter, but I found that they were the same deals that were already available regardless of subscription. And at that, they're not really deals worth downloading this app for. I am still greatful FOR the deals existing at all. Any discount is generous, but these are not great ones.

5★It's an easy app to use very straight forward nothing confusing about it. It's wonderful and rare to have a free delivery promo. That's fantastic! I haven't had a little Caesars order in a couple of years. I might just start using them regularly with that easy menu to pick from and they allow you to use your GPay. Your not getting flustered filling in all card information. I'm an extremely happy customer!

4★App is user friendly, but shows two different menus for either location in my town. I know for a fact that both locations have all menu items, but for some reason not everything is available to order through the app or online. if you call either location to order, you can get whatever you want. makes no sense. other than that...we love Little Ceasars. hooray for Pizza Puffs!

2★Too easy to order from the wrong location. I redownloaded the app and chose what I thought was the location 0.5 miles away (because I specifically wanted to make sure I chose the right location), but somehow chose the location 3.4 miles away. I even sat at the wrong location for 10 minutes, oblivious of my mistake. Yes, it's my fault, but a better UX/UI would have helped to prevent the mistake. I've never ordered from the wrong location with the McDonald's app, for example, due to it's UX/UI.

1★very dissatisfied with the current deal going on. Misleading 100% on the buy 2 get for 5.99 ea. I placed my order on the app not knowing you have to create your pizza to get the special deal, ended having to pay 32$ for my order and 1 order of bread sticks. Talked to manager in store and they said its is misleading as well because they show all the pizzas when you click get them for 5.99 ea. And the ad on t.v. says nothing about having to create your own . it says mix and match. Not happy ....
